We offer help understanding your employment contract. We ensure follow-up during your integration into the company, coaching to understand French labor law, and access to professional French language modules if needed.

We provide guidance towards additional training (digital skills, communication, etc.).

Personalized psychological or social support is available if the foreign worker experiences isolation, stress related to settling in, or any form of depression.

We connect you with support groups, mentors, and sponsorship programs to participate in integration activities such as workshops, cultural outings, sports, and volunteering.
