Rental guarantee:

In France, a young foreign employee may face difficulties renting without a guarantor. Fortunately, several rental guarantee organizations exist and are accepted by landlords, even for foreigners.

What is it?

It is a free or paid guarantee that acts as a guarantor for you.

It covers unpaid rent and property damage during the first years of the lease.

Some banks may offer a bank guarantee: a blocked deposit on an account (less flexible).

Some companies or large groups have agreements with landlords (for relocations, reserved housing).

Home insurance:
